Terms of Service
⭐I have the right to accept or deny any commission. I will always try to give a reason if yours is denied, but I am not obligated to.⭐All prices are as listed. Please respect this and note that I may have to adjust prices on an individual basis due to additional characters, complex or involved designs, etc. Most additional charges are listed within my prices, but cases of complexity can always vary.⭐I accept payment as USD via Paypal only. DO NOT send me any money. I will send you an invoice for payment.⭐Commissions will be completed within 2 weeks to 1 month from the time of payment. Work will be completed as quickly as possible, so please be patient!⭐All payments are final and cannot be refunded. I have the right to cancel a commission if necessary and will offer a full refund if I have done so.⭐I require payment upfront before work on your commission will begin.⭐Invoices must be paid either partially or in full within 48 hours of the time of receiving your invoice. If payment is not received your invoice and commission will be automatically canceled. Your slot will be voided and otherwise no longer reserved and I will move to the next client in line. I will not contact you seeking payment. This is a HARD rule and will be enforced with commission openings going forward. If you would like to commission me you must fill out the form again. Please note that multiple instances of this put you at risk of being blacklisted.⭐I will do one adjustment on a commission free of charge due to artist error. Any further changes will incur an additional fee.⭐I will not accept payment in the form of digital currencies (Bitcoin, Dogecoin, etc). It is also prohibited to use any and all of my work as NFTs (Non Fungable Tokens) and refuse to involve myself with or support them in any way. You are subject to blacklisting if discovered doing this.⭐I DO NOT, under any circumstances, consent to my work being used for the purposes of training AI. If you are discovered doing this, you are subject to blacklisting. If you agree to commissioning me, and send payment, and I find out that you make, sell, or aid in the creation of NFTs or genertive AI in any form: you immediately lose your rights to refund and forfeit your rights to whatever money you sent regardless of whether your intent was to turn this into an NFT or use it to train generative AI or not. I will not complete the project in this circumstance.
Prices
All prices are listed in USD. Payments accepted via Paypal invoice only. Please be aware that these are base prices and do not factor in Paypal's fee, which will be included in the invoice. Commissions are nonrefundable once I have begun work barring extenuating circumstances.Additional characters for each commission type will add +50% the original cost. Design commissions can also be bundled into a reference sheet. Please reach out to me via email if you would like to discuss this option! Please be aware that the design cost will be included into the reference sheet cost, though at a discount. Your Rights As A Client
⭐Please provide credit to one of my socials when you've commissioned art from me if you choose to upload it for personal use (on Toyhouse for example).

Sketches are quick, often including sketch lines with minimal clean-up.
⭐Flatcolor⭐
Flatcolor features clean lines and clean, flat coloring with no shading. Typically with a blank or simple background.
⭐Shaded⭐
Shaded pieces are fully rendered and typically include detailed environments and backgrounds.
⭐Painted⭐
Experimental bust paintings that vary per piece.

⭐Icon⭐
This icon type is fully colored and/or shaded with an artistic liberty background.
⭐Chibi⭐
Chibis are fullbody, typically drawn in a 500x500 canvas.
⭐Mini Chibi⭐
A smaller version of my normal Chibis, these are sketchier, less detailed, and come at a discount!
⭐Icon Set⭐
Icons designed for use for roleplay, but they can be used for anything you want! Can be ordered individually or in batches of 5, 10, or 15. These do not include shading.
⭐Character Design⭐
Designs include a full body of the design as well as any included shots/accessories.
⭐Reference Sheet⭐
Ref sheets include a back and front shot and a color palette, as well as any desired text.
⭐Experimental⭐
Experimental works do not follow any specific guideline. They are complete artistic liberty and the quality and level of finish for the final product is up to my discretion.
